Description: This is the state final of a public speaking competition which is open to all government primary school students, with over 2,000 entering in 2015. The speakers present both a 3 minute prepared speech on multiculturalism and a 1 minute impromptu speech on an unseen topic following just 5 minutes of preparation time.
