Description: Plug in Adventures (Chris) and Eco-Cars (Jonathan) set out to prove that Electric Cars cane drive the world famous John O'Groats to Lands End route. In doing so we also hoped to break the current UK record, with was held by a Tesla Roadster set in 2011 at a time of 36hours 35mins. During the trip we learnt so much about our choice of vehicle, the Nissan Leaf and were staggered by the battery capabilities when being hit with multiple rapid charges in excess of 30+.
