Description: The Soca River in north-western Slovenia is an area of outstanding natural beauty, and the locals call it 'the land of living water'. On a brief visit in April 2010 I decided to hike up the river and try to catch some of its life and mood.nnThe air and light was very clear and sharp, and I decided I wanted to catch the river in greater detail than the standard 1080p my 7D shoots, so I used stills mode.
