Description: Lovecraftian Creature Turntable:nI created this creature as an excuse to play around with sub surface scattering. I wanted to see if I could produce a fleshy, slimy, believable character. The base mesh was created in Maya and the exported to Zbrush for detailing and texturing. It was then rigged with a simple set-up of joints, blend shapes and controls and posed. Shading was done with Mental Ray's SSS Fast skin shader using color, specular, normal and displacement maps.nnAnkylosaurus Turntable:n
