Photos on social media showed Chief Jason Owens and Rio Grande Valley Sector Chief Gloria Chavez partying with González in February at his family's distillery in Jalisco, Mexico. González, the heir to the Don Julio tequila brand, hosted a party for CBP leadership in Laredo, Texas, last July.
