Description: In this video, we test the efficacy of a novel bispecific antibody, targeted to a tumor-associated antigen (TAA) on the cancer cells and the CD3 complex on T cells. Freshly harvested T cells from a healthy donor were mixed with human cancer cells at a ratio of 5:1 in the presence of the bispecific antibody.nnImages were captured every 2 mins for 25 h using the 5x5 gridscan mode (a field of view of 450×450 μm) on Nanolive’s CX-A (https://www.nanolive.ch/products/3d-microscopes/cx-a/). nnLearn
