Description: This is a 4x4 LED test circuit based on the Texas Instruments TLC5940 16 channel LED Driver and an Arduino Uno to drive it.nnThe circuit has three TLC5940's, one for each red, green and blue. The colour value for the entire display is being updated by altering the hue by 0.1 degree every 10ms.
