Description: A man and a woman have been killed after their powered glider crashed in Victoria’s High Country. It’s understood that the purpose of the flight was to spread the ashes of someone else who had recently died. The passenger was 39-year-old Kate Callingham. She's been described by friends and family as a beloved partner, mother, daughter and friend, and a keen leader in the arts. The country fire authority says it appears the glider ran short of the runway and crashed.
