Description: Sigona's has done it again! Do not miss your chance to try this rare, outstanding cheese, the Bianco Modenese!nnThis superb Parmigiano Reggiano is made with raw milk from an ancient breed of white cow, the Bianco Modenese. Only two wheels are made a day by a small producer, and each wheel is aged for at least 36 months. The straw-colored cheese is dense and rich, but with subtle notes of fruitiness. It's mildly granular in texture, is full-bodied with a nutty, well-balanced flavor. n nA revival
