Description: ‘Makerspaces’ in UK libraries are an increasing trend, and our own one, ‘Lab Central’, at Redbridge Central Library, has been a great success since its opening in June 2017 thanks to funding from Arts Council. nnThe ‘Building Bridges’ grant, from CILIP, has allowed us, in Redbridge, to partner with two libraries in Kerala, India, interested in creating their own ‘makerspaces’.
