Description: There is a thief who wanders our neighborhood and steals from cars. I have it all on my security camera. This happened on Don Arturo Place.nnShe has a lot of nerve. This is the third time I have caught her on camera stealing form my car. She's also asked me for money before, but I didn't know she was the thief at that time. Usually, she has come by late at night. Who knows how many times she has done this without me noticing because my car was locked and I didn't know to check the recoding becau
