Description: Superflow Surf Yoga is a fusion of Tai Chi, Yoga, Body Mind Centering and of course Surf and Skateboard moves. They are more circular and fluid movements than a more static yoga practice. I highly recommend checking out the instructional video first to understand the movements before putting them together in a flow. nnOnce you learn the beauty of these movements, you will feel really loose in body and mind. You will be keenly aware of the subtle energies of the body which are a supreme pleasure.
