The Health Minister told the Senate today that he has been advised that PAHO, the Pan American Health Organisation, can include in its investigation, the latest neonatal death at the Port of Spain General Hospital on two counts, one of which is that the death occurred in proximity to the original cluster.<br/><br/><br/>The Minister was responding to an Urgent Question from the Leader of Opposition Business on a matter that is stirring strong emotions in and outside the Parliament building.<br/><br/>Juhel Browne reports.
