The most intriguing tech in the R1 is what Rabbit calls the “Large Action Model”. Where a large language model, or LLM, is all about analyzing and creating text, the LAM is supposed to be about doing stuff. But in our week-long testing, the R1 has consistently proven to be underwhelming, underpowered and undercooked.
