Description: This was the first natural birth video I saw as a participant in a Midwifery conference.It was during a talk on protocols.I was struck by how calm, normal and natural it was, from beginning to end, and it gave me a lot of courage to think about my own natural birth and the kind of midwifery practice I hope to someday have.As always, consult your body and/or birth professional to see if these ideas resonate with you.May you (also) birth in power!
