Description: I rescued 4 wonderful Chis from them in December 2015. I asked if they had any special needs. Janel told me about the 1st two rescues I got from them, two code red chihuahuas with little hope of getting out alive because there was no interest in them from either the public nor rescues except Chi Angeles. They were both seniors and blind. Their names were Jessica and Winky. I changed their names to Bogie and Bacall. Bacall also has a heart murmur and has to take meds for life but I don't mind. Ba
