Phase IV yoga (the luteal phase) should be performed beginning 3 days after an ovulation predictor kit (OPK) reads positive, or from cycle day 15 (CD15) until a positive pregnancy test or full menstrual flow begins. Please note that spotting can also be a sign of implantation so please continue this phase unless you get full flow. nnPlease note, when counting cycle days, CD1 is considered the first day of full flow, not merely spotting.
