Description: This video shows how to use the MOTU 896mk3 firewire audio interface on a Mac OS X computer with the AudioDesk 3.0 software to capture audio for a film project. The 896mk3 allows recording of up to 8 simultaneous mic inputs on separate audio tracks.AudioDesk 3.0 is provided with the 896mk3.nnThe film project is part of an interdisciplinary, collaborative initiative involving the IT program at the University of Missouri.In the film project we are using a Canon 5D Mark II to capture HD video.
