Description: I trained with Shiva Rea and love the way she approaches yoga, as a full-spectrum creative experience where movement and breath dance together to create alignment from within.nnThis is a simple seated exploration I like to do when my upper back and shoulders feel tight. There is no specific movement, or order of movements.I start my sitting and tuning into breath, and then seeing where that takes me. nnIn my experience, practicing like this helps me to let go and surrender to the guidance of P
