Description: SYNOPSIS: This video was created as a promo for the 'The Docks: Melbourne's Cultural Underground of the 90's' exhibition held at the Melbourne Library Services venue 'The Docks' at Docklands - opened as part of music week November 13th 2015 until February 28th 2016.
