Description: In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month, Osceola County Commissioners hosted a reception on October 7, 2014 in the lobby of the Osceola County Administration Building. There was a terrific turnout for the event which featured international Salsa and Latin Pop singer Jerry Rivera, Sentimiento Latino who performed Puerto Rican folkloric music, Unidos por Ecuador performed Ecuadorian folkloric music and Tertulia 4 Gatos performed Colombian folkloric music.
