Description: If, for any reason, either your GCR or NXC wallet freezes or is otherwise inoperable, please follow these instructions for erasing the existing data files from your computer and reinstalling the wallet. Reinstalling the wallet is how you restore your backup wallet.dat file. However, before shutting your wallet down, make sure you have a recent backup of your wallet.dat file on a USB, CD or DVD drive.n1. Close the wallet by clicking on File > Exit.n For Windows, Go to Start > Run (or press WinKey
