Retired government employees and their families are often labelled as psychics, their numerous certificates and media coverage forgotten.<br/><br/>Misuse of power is rampant, with apartment maintenance records disappearing and situations manipulated to favour certain individuals. Renters turn into owners, and guards receive moral, legal, political, and monetary support. By 2019, new apartments emerged, continuing the prior conspiracy with new strategies, dismissing concerns as irrelevant.<br/><br/>Basic services, such as lift operation, were unreliable until 2019, affecting residents on higher floors, including seniors and the physically handicapped. Despite consistent payment of maintenance fees, residents face baseless rumours and harassment.<br/><br/>Politicians and police should compensate for the impact on citizens' lives, including lost opportunities and ruined retirements. The ongoing lack of protection and justice for common people is a glaring issue that must be addressed.
