This session discusses Proposal 1 -- a referendum on Michigan's emergency manager law, Proposal 2 to enshrine the right to collective bargaining in the Constitution, and Proposal 4 to create a Michigan Quality Home Care Council and provide limited rights to collective bargaining to home health care workers.
