Description: This phenomenal Top of the Pops performance was thought to be lost forever until it happened to pop up in 2011 and made its return to BBC shortly after. The full audio performance was used as the “AA”-side for the 40th anniversary “Jean Genie” picture disc release, and I’ve always wished they would have included a download code for the full unaltered/uninterrupted video clip with that release as well.
