Description: More than one thousand special needs children took part in the annual PowerGen Special Children’s Fun Day in Penal.<br/><br/>Coming from over 30 schools across Trinidad AND over in Tobago, the children participated a march past, various games and were treated with entertainment, food and drinks for the entire day.<br/><br/>Reporter Cindy Raghubar-Teekersingh was there and gives us a look at the day’s events.
