Description: Heavy rain the night before made for a good level with big bouncy wave trains and most boulders washed out, making for a relatively safe and pin free descent. I had a bit of a wake up call on my second grade 3 river, with swims at the washing machine and the spin dryer plus a bit of ferry gliding out of the boat...nnBrilliant day, we were meant to paddle the Barle on day 2 but the torrential rain and snow melt made it a bit too hairy...
