Description: I didn’t dress up. I came from the surf. (Yes! I’m finally learning! ) nI didn’t do my hair. nI didn’t even light a candle. I didn’t put my plants in the background. I prepared internally and held space for you who joined me live and for anyone else who does this meditation. nI actually was in the car coming back from the beach and ready to guide this mediation from the car. But things changed, as they often do, and I rushed back to the house , spilling tea and quickly found a place in
