Description: The Soft Crash (1-5) is a series of video works made using the car-driving simulation game, BeamNG.drive. The work aims to elicit feelings of sympathy, perhaps entangled with revulsion, to the detritus of car wrecks. The forms in these videos move with a peculiar sense of liveliness and vulnerability.
