Description: The objective if this piece was to create a visual effect. I had wanted to do something with a pop up book for a really long time so I decided to do it for this piece. Growing up I loved the story of James and the Giant Peach. I read the book and constantly watched the movie with my sister. I wanted to choose a scene from the book to bring to life in this piece. I decided to depict the part where the seagulls pull the peach up and into the sky. I did everything in stop motion. I shot the peach o
