Description: This is a Yoga Nidra & Sound Healing Practice that invites deep healing through guided relaxation and the live intentional sound of instruments.We begin with slow, gentle stretching, accompanied by the soothing sounds of the Reverie Harp to open the body and prepare it for deep relaxation.
