Description: Wellington ( India not New Zealand) is a small hill town in the Nilgiri Mountains. Famous for its Nilgiri Mountain Train(UNESCO World Heritage Site)and The Defence Services Staff College (DSSC), a premier tri-service training establishment, it gives us an opportunity to see nature in its true form.nnThis small film was shot during our family visit there.
