Description: The sails of the red windmill on the top of Paris cabaret the Moulin Rouge fell off in the early hours of Thursday morning (April 25), a spokesperson said.<br/><br/>The sails were wrapped in plastic on the ground in front of the building by 7:30 AM that morning (0530GMT).<br/><br/>The venue's spokesperson said that they did not know what had happened but that no one was hurt.
