Description: 'Above' is a collection of aerials taken from a DJI Phantom 2 Quadcopter using a GoPro Hero 3. Filmed in Northern Ireland, Scotland and Tenerife over the winter of 2013/14. Used Final Cut Pro X to cut and grade. I experimented with a mix of settings on the GoPro but have found the best results come from the 2.7K Protune Raw mode at 30 fps. This allows you to resize/crop/stabalise/conform the frame into a 1920x1080 timeline. The footage holds up pretty well when pushed/pulled in the grade. nnMusi
