Funded by the California Arts Council's Re-Entry Through the Arts grant, and led by the master teaching artists of Agency Arts and the UCLA Visual and Performing Arts Education (VAPAE) program, ACT TWO is a platform for young people of our community who have been impacted by the juvenile justice system to use the
