The master thesis project „Less Quantified Self – More Qualified You“ is based upon the hypothesis that human intuition is likely to be influenced by the present form of self-tracking. This trend is highly characterized by quantification, the communication of body data via numbers, lists and diagrams. “Stressball” tries to
